Dan has been actively involved in the Canadian capital markets space for 7+ years, helping raise over $175M+ for various companies listed on the major Canadian exchanges (TSX, TSXV, CSE) & US exchanges (NYSE, OTCQB, OCTQX). He has also connected 400+ investors to new investment ideas and opportunities in the public markets. Dan has connected and built relationships with various investment advisors and portfolio managers all over North America to help better understand what their clients are looking and has contributed to $4M worth of new business in the last several years for several start-ups.

Nic is the Co-Founder of NewGen Mindset. He develops theoretical work on behavioral economics which he channels into his published books, with authoring 2 so far: ‘The Intelligent Millennial: Time To Optimize Our Collaboration’ & ‘Millennial Economics: Structuring Economic Consciousness in Individuals’

His passion for analyzing and dissecting the macro world is aimed at attempting to make sense of the world around us to be effective sovereign individuals and investors. He is an active small cap investor and has contributed to the development of a community in Montreal connecting millennials and younger generational investors and professionals to new investment ideas and opportunities in the public markets.
